Enquiries and bookings

When you contact Dennis, the service stores your name, email, company if supplied, selected service and message. When you book a consultation, it stores your name, email, company if supplied, appointment time, booking status and Google Meet link. Dennis uses these details to respond to your enquiry and arrange the consultation. Please do not submit payment card details, passwords or other sensitive information.

Connected Google calendars

Only Dennis’s configured personal account connects to this booking service. Visitors do not need to connect a Google account. The service uses account email addresses to confirm the connected identity and calendar free/busy information to check availability. Visitors see available appointment times, not Dennis’s calendar entries or event descriptions.

The personal account grants access to events on calendars Dennis owns so the service can create consultation events, invite the visitor and request a Google Meet link. Bookings check Dennis’s personal calendar only; his work calendar is not connected or checked. Calendar connection credentials are encrypted in the hosted database and are not included in website code sent to visitors.

Google calendar information is used for consultation scheduling. It is not sold, used for advertising, or sent to AI models. Business Growth Clinic’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and service providers

The booking service runs on Fly.io in its Sydney region. Enquiry and booking records are stored on its persistent volume and synchronised to Dennis’s private Fieldwork inbox on his Mac. Google processes calendar invitations, attendee details and Meet links. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies and may process information in other countries. Security and operational records, including a hashed network identifier for request limits, help protect the service against misuse.

Your choices

Enquiry and booking records remain until removed; this service does not currently apply automatic expiry to them. Contact Dennis to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry or booking information, or to change or cancel an appointment. Calendar invitations already delivered may remain in recipients’ calendars.

Dennis can revoke the calendar connection through Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future calendar access; it does not automatically remove existing bookings or inbox records.
