Common questions

What is included in the monthly website fee?

The same agreed package applies at A$149/month. It covers website and site-data hosting, SSL, backups, routine maintenance, agreed AI services and included usage. It also includes up to 30 minutes per month in total for minor feature changes and bug fixes. Unused time does not roll over. Domain renewals, paid third-party services and larger changes are quoted separately.

How do AI integrations handle sensitive data?

The AI assistants we build are designed for lead generation and general Q&A based solely on your public or provided business rules. For transactions, the AI hands off to secure, compliant payment providers (like Stripe or Square). Payment details stay entirely with the payment provider and are never processed within the chat interface itself.

What happens if I need a larger website or more features?

The A$500 upfront build covers a focused 1–5 page site, tailored AI chat and agreed AI services. If your scope is larger (e.g., extensive portfolios, custom directories, or complex integrations), we will agree on a custom upfront project fee before any work begins. Any changes to ongoing hosting, maintenance or AI costs are agreed before work starts.

How does the subscription savings review work?

We start with your current software bills and what your business needs each app to do. We identify expensive or overlapping subscriptions and recommend suitable AI tools that could replace them. Before you switch, we agree the changes, any setup or running costs, and how to measure savings against what you pay now. Our service fee is 20% of the savings your business actually realises in the first 12 months, after deducting all switching costs (including setup, migration and cancellation fees) and replacement tool costs. If there are no realised savings after those costs, our fee is A$0. If you choose not to switch, there is no review fee. Savings depend on your current subscriptions.
