Useful answers need boundaries

We agree what the assistant can answer, what it can do and when it must hand off to a person. It should not guess at prices, availability, qualifications or service promises. If booking is connected, a booking must be confirmed by the booking system; a conversational answer alone is not a reservation.

Payment details stay with the payment provider rather than in chat. The source information, update responsibilities, retention requirements and handling of sensitive enquiries belong in the scope discussion.

How the offer is priced

A$500 one-off setup, then A$149/month or 10% below your current website provider’s data + hosting charges, whichever is cheaper. We confirm the comparison on the same GST basis and convert annual billing to a monthly amount. All prices are in AUD including applicable GST.

AI chat setup and agreed AI services are included in the website package. There is no separate fixed standalone-AI price published here. Compatibility, required work and usage limits are confirmed before starting; extra work or usage needs your agreement.

The agreed package covers a 1–5 page website, tailored AI chat, hosting and ongoing care. Included AI usage and integrations are agreed before starting. Domain renewals, paid third-party services, larger changes and extra usage are quoted separately. Monthly service can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

Test before relying on it

The free AI assistant acceptance-test worksheet helps you test approved facts, unknown answers, action confirmation and human handoff using fictional data. A successful demo is not proof that every production enquiry will behave correctly.
